Countdown to Kindergarten
A program that connects new kindergarteners, their families, and teachers through individual meetings to help with the transition to school.
-
Countdown to Kindergarten pairs future kindergarteners' families with their teachers for six one-hour visits, including five at home and a final visit in the classroom. These visits help families prepare for the first year of school and allow teachers to build relationships with students and families.
